+ Sales Engineer / Mobile Developer


As a talented Sales Engineer / Mobile Developer based out of Wireless Registry's Washington, DC office, you work with customers and the product team to define and develop new SDK features and product prototypes, while maintaining and improving WR’s Android SDK.

In this job you coordinate with client developers on integration, testing, and production deployment processes. You’ll write unit, device, and OS regression tests for SDKs to prevent issues as the scope of our libraries and our mobile device ecosystem continue to expand, and contribute to our overall product development efforts.


  • Guide our partner developers through various technical roadblocks during the SDK integration process.
  • Interpret and understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Own Wireless Registry’s SDKs; lead the development and maintenance of our Android and iOS libraries in Android Studio and XCode.
  • Work as part of the product team to develop product prototypes that address market requirements.
  • Inform the company’s engineering and business teams from the mobile dev perspective to help shape our positioning.
  • Innovate and create as part of a dynamic team in a very new space.

General Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working in both native IDEs (Android Studio, XCode).
  • 4+ years experience in Java .
  • Experience with Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, and Go preferred.
  • Experience working on at least one mobile app (emphasis on Android) with 500,000+ active users.
  • Familiarity with working in a test-driven mobile development environment.
  • Demonstrated ability building and managing relationships with external partners and customers.
  • Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset.
